What is PublicServiceData E-Communications?
It is a brand new service that allows you to communicate electronically with key decision makers and influencers working within the UK Public Sector.
The service can be used as a one off campaign or as part of a more fully integrated marketing campaign.

What would I use PublicServiceData E-Communications for?
The uses for E-communications are endless. It can be used for e-newsletters, company announcements, product launches, special offers and market research surveys. The choice of content for each campaign is the user's choice; it can be kept the same throughout or changed. Your campaign may require small changes to text, layout etc in order for you to achieve that all important response.
What data is available?
We have data available for Local Authorities, Central Government, NHS and Emergency Services. This data covers a wide range of responsibilities working within the Public Sector and is growing on a daily basis. How do I select that data?
Selections can be made by contacting the E-Communications team. They will advise you on what data is available and provide you with counts and a quote. They can also offer expert advice should you require it. Please note that e-mail addresses can not be released to clients or 3rd parties.
What Can I send?
Once you've selected your data, all you need to do is send us the message you'd like to send to your targeted contacts. A member of the E-Communications team will provide you with a set of guidelines to assist you with this. We can even help you create something if you don't have the capacity or time to produce something in-house (additional charges may apply).
What else do I need to do?
Once you've selected your data and created your message all that's left to do is sign-off the proof email which will be sent to you prior to distribution.
When can I send my e-communication?
Please allow 3-5 working days for turnaround of e-communications. Quicker turnarounds may be possible but are dependent on current e-communication activity. Speak to your E-Communications team who will provide you with up-to-date information regarding this subject.
Do you provide reports post e-communication?
We will provide you with your first report 48 hours after your e-communication has been sent. A final report will be sent to you 7 working days from the sent date. Additional reports are subject to additional charges.
